CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ TO ENTIRETY SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION WHEN LATE CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING INSTANCES OCCUR! Upon entering your information to book your appointment, you will be given a check box to agree to our cancellation policy before being able to confirm your appointment. This states that you have read through and agree with the policies put in place by Browology Waxing Studio in regard to their cancellation policies. For New Clients, you will be required to book your first appointment online through this website to ensure that a card is put on file for your account. This is not to pre-pay for your service ahead of time, but to have in case of cancellation purposes per our policy below. Your card on file will never be charged unless you are checking out for your appointments or violating the cancellation policy put in place by Browology. In cases of late cancellation where a penalty fee would apply, you will be notified of this charge and how much the charge will be. Inquires for late cancelling/rescheduling can be made via call or text to 615-498-3742 but via email to browologywaxingstudio@gmail.com for quicker and efficient confirmation of your cancellation or to reschedule. • Any adjustments, rescheduling or cancellations to your appointment must be done at least 24 hours prior to when you are scheduled for the following day/day of or a penalty fee will apply and be charged to the card you placed on file for your first booking with us. - Your card will never be charged without prior notice done either via call, text, email or voicemail. • All non-emergent cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are a penalty fee of 50% of your scheduled services. • Within 24 hours of your appointment, if you would like to be rescheduled within the week of cancelling, it will be a reduced penalty fee of 25% of your services booked. • No shows are a penalty fee of 100% of your services booked. Multiple no shows will result in banning from booking future services • If your card declines in processing, you will be required to pay that balance before booking future appointments • Illness/Emergency cancellations will be waived from all penalty fees. If you are sick, for everyone’s safety, please do not come to your appointment. and please let us know as soon as you can that you will not be coming. • If you have 2 or more services booked and wish to take off 1 or more from your appointment, this must be done 24+ hours prior to your arrival. If you arrive and ask to take off 1 or more services from your appointment, this will be treated as a normal cancellation and will be a penalty of 50% of the services you wish to not have performed. • If you would like to move your appointment earlier or later in the day of your appointment, this does not involve a penalty fee, but is based on current availability. If there are no openings, you may keep your time, reschedule or cancel. Cancel or reschedule would be subject to 25% or 50% penalty fee. • Allow yourself enough time to fight the odds before your arrival. Do notify us via call, text or email if running behind. - Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late could result in needing to reschedule you which will be considered a no show and result in a penalty fee of 100% of your services booked. - If there is still time to complete some but not all of your service(s), you are still responsible to pay the full amount of what you have scheduled. • Frequent occurrences of late cancelling appointments can result in your booking process being moved to calling in for day of openings or being banned from booking future appointments. As our client family, we appreciate you all so dearly for your support and last thing that we enjoy doing is being the bearer of bad news in having to charge these penalty fees. We hope that you all can understand that servicing all of you is how we all, as a staff, make our livelihood. We just ask you all as our amazing client family to respect our policies in place and that we do have to strongly enforce them to keep our staff and Browology going.
