Lane found passion in seeing her client’s smiles as they left a waxing service feeling much more comfortable and confident during a service that once was traumatizing to them. She wanted to create a more positive narrative for body waxing and hair removal as a whole. In this, she took a service that was viewed as this excruciating experience to fit into a norm that viewed body hair negatively, but rather educate her clients on how to love their body hair even though they would prefer it removed. For New Clients, you will be required to book your first appointment online through this website to ensure that a card is put on file for your account. This is not to pre-pay for your service ahead of time, but to have in case of cancellation purposes per my policy below. Your card on file will never be charged unless you are checking out for your appointments or violating the cancellation policy put in place by Browology. Before arrival to your appointment or included in your appointment confirmation email, you will be given a link to the consent form to be filled out before your appointment. The same policy below will be listed there where you will consent by name to the terms listed in the cancellation policy. Please be sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment time. You will need to reach out to me directly to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window and depending on when your appointment is being cancelled will determine your cancellation fee that is between 50-100% of your service booked. - DAY BEFORE: Cancellations within the 24 hour window made the day before your scheduled appointment time is a fee of 50% of your service(s) booked. - DAY OF: If you choose to or need to cancel your appointment the day of when you are scheduled, you will be charged a fee of 75% of your service(s) booked. You must cancel at least an hour prior to the scheduled appointment or a No show fee will apply. - NO SHOWS: No shows are not acceptable and not tolerated. No exceptions, no shows are a fee of 100% of your service(s) booked. If you are cancelling an appointment within 60 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, this is considered a no show and is a fee of 100% of your service(s) booked. - TARDINESS: If you are running behind and believe you will be late to your appointment, ALWAYS call or text me at (615) 498-3741 to notify me of your tardiness. Once you hit 10 minutes of tardiness to your appointment, no matter the service or time remaining, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no show, which is a fee of 100% of your service(s) booked. - DAY OF ADJUSTMENTS: If you decide the day of or arrive to your appointment and want to cancel any of the services you have booked, it will be considered a no show for said service(s) and will be a fee is 100% of your service(s) booked. - NONPAYMENT: In the circumstance where you are being charged a cancellation fee and your card declines, I will contact you to obtain a new card to be charged. If you do not answer and your cancellation fee is not paid within 48 hours, you will be fired as a client and blocked from booking any future appointments.
Lane is the Boss Lady of Browology. She is a born & bred Nashville native. She graduated from TCAT Nashville in Esthetics back in 2018, and has been a Licensed Esthetician for 5 years. Lane specializes in Full Body Waxing for ALL Genders & Body Sizes and also Natural Eyebrow Artistry. She is 2x certified in Brow Lamination & Henna Brow Techniques. As well as Elleebana certified in Lash Lamination.
Kristina is California born & Nashville raised! She graduated from TCAT Nashville back in 2021 and has been a Licensed Esthetician for over 2 years. Kristina is so passionate about her work and seeing your smiling faces as you leave the salon. She has been fully trained in Full Body Waxing. She is Norvell certified in Sunless Tanning and is also certified in Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions, & Dermaplaning. As well as 2x Elleebana certified in Lash Lamination.
Georgia is a Nashville Native originally from Franklin, TN. She is a recently Licensed Esthetician & a Esthiology graduate from the Aveda Institute in Franklin. She joined the Esthetics industry with a passion to make people feel like the best versions of themselves through her craft. She is Elleebana certified in Lash Lamination and has been fully trained in the Browology ways of Full Body Waxing & Eyebrow Artistry techniques.
